Could anyone tell me if this is a good way to make a first website? Also can SEO be done with this?

I have never heard of Blue Voda but to make a first website, why not try using Wordpress. It's free and I think it's pretty easy.

I tried it once - hated it, it was "messy", so I just make sites myself. I'm not sure about SEO though...

webs.com is blocked by a security tool I use in windows. It told me something about the bad IP address. I think the tool that was blocking any webs.com site from loading was "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" the paid version. Also there is a bunch of tools like "content managment" (cms). They are not as easy but can be if you learn how to use it.

give a shot to www (dot) seotoaster.com. I believe it's the most advanced SEO CMS out of the box.
It's way easier than WordPress as all the edition and administration is on the front-end. It' free and open source also.
