coreldraw x4 wont let me save for some reason and these things have gray boxes around them i cant access themcantsave.JPG

For a long time with The Gimp, I had trouble with almost everything, that seemed to just not work. Then once I figured out how subtle different layer, masks, et al things played out, I was able to get over all that.

Make sure CorelDraw knows what you are trying to save. What has been selected? Are you in the middle of some weird operation?

Regardless, I don't know that software at all myself, but I hope I might have helped.
