what are the things in the middle of a webpage that cycle through the images that have active links called, and how can i make one for my website? Heres a link to show an example g4tv (dot) com

It's usually called a gallery. The one on G4TV is built using Flash. So, I would try to google for "Flash gallery plugin". What is your website built off of? For Wordpress, there's NextGEN Gallery plugin. Hope this helps.
