I have a small business that I want to create a website for.
Can anyone reccomend some tools for beginners in the web design/coding area?

If you're serious about it, go with dreamweaver. Very robust yet simplified piece of software. Runs about $300 I believe.

You don't need dreamweaver though. You can do a lot without it. I hand code a lot.

If you know a bit about coding, I suggest Joomla or Wordpress.
