The first one. The second one doesn't look like wind at all. It looks like a sound or radio wave or even water.

I'm kind of digging the second one, only because it appears it was rendered better. The edges are sharp and smooth, the first looks a little choppy. It may just be how it was saved, I don't know.

The second one does have a more finished and maybe proffesional look, but im guessing this is for your personal blog, and i feel the first one does have a more personal feel about it. Its a soft looking logo rather than the second one. As I said before I like the first one, and they are my reasons for why.
