I did google it, thanks... Was asking for opinions from people who've been using the software and know more about it than I do. (like the makers of the forum)

Just the best place to get high quality ones or how to learn how to make one or something. I've never used VB. I'll talk to Klaja26

The best I would say is to do a search for vBulletin designs to get one. Sorry I don't know more than that. Josh (Klaja26) would know more.
