I need help in creating a Wordpress template for 1) a blog for TeenBusinessForum and 2) my own personal site. The template for the TBF blog should have similar colors and logo and the designer would ideally pick out the layout as well. The template for my personal site will just need some customizing.

@leathsey,
It's relatively easy to setup, especially using the Fantastico install scripts that come standard with most web hosting companies. I would also say it's the most popular so whenever you see a blog online, it's most likely Wordpress. The numerous plugins and templates make it very customizable.
