The power of good customer service.. eBay related
Have had this in the pipeline for a few months, ever since I saw a UK site aimed at posting offers, listing suppliers and giving articles for selling on the likes of Amazon. I plan on using the site to help teens develop businesses selling online, by using the knowledge I've picked up over the past 7 months trading on eBay.
