Nothing until your host recieves a DMCA or other similar notice notifying them that copyrighted content is being hosted on their servers. In which case a reasonable host (not all are) would notify you and basically say, "Hey, we got a notice of copyrighted material originating from this domain. The file(s) in violation are:[list], please remove this content within 24 hours and update us so we can verify this request has been completed." and they'll then likely quote a section of the Terms Of Service you agreed upon which states 'no copyrighted material' can be hosted on their service (unless you own the copyright, of course). Then they'll give you a warning.

Though it should be noted that this can slide one time, but no host wants to willingly allow their clients to host anything illegal so if you get a warning you better remove it. Usually there isn't another warning before you get suspended or politely asked to take your business elsewhere

You could always go the route of getting some sketchy oversold service from a country that DGAF about copyright laws, but these hosts often disappear with their client's money, get attacked, have blacklisted IPs, and are ran by criminals. But no one with legitimate web-hosting needs would go that route.
