Default 5$ Header Banner Contest (Paypal)
I need a header for my website. You can see it here

I will need it to incorporate the logo in it (see attachment)

Size 728*90

It needs to look professional, something appealing.

It should be clean and simple (I like clean and simple things)

Slogan - "Making your Entrepreneurial Mark"

Will also need it in HTML

The colors need to fit the website

Open to any questions.

What do you need it in HTML? The banner we'd be designing would just be an image, you'd be putting it in, which is where the HTML would come in.
