Cube Hosts Logo Contest - $50

I would like someone to design me two logos. Because I am looking to re-brand Cube Hosts with a new logo for the new upcoming website Cube Hosts will be releasing. This logo will also be used on twitter, Facebook and other sites when advertising our service.

I would like:

1 Logo for the website header, twitter background and advertising purposes (around 329x70px)

1 Avatar Logo for Facebook, twitter avatars
(around 250x250px)

I will payout $50 from the date I am happy with the design someone provides and I will pay whoever has the logo I am happy with.

Before payment I would like the PSD version and a PNG version.

I also need to pay someone directly from my card and cannot use it on paypal so maybe this will be a bit tricky.. but if you can accept card on your website through google checkout or something then I can do it.

Please respond if you can meet all my requirements with a logo.
