Default A-Levels?
So, if you're currently doing A-Levels, or are starting them next term as I am, what are you taking?

I'm taking:
Maths
Physics
Chemistry
History

(I'll probably drop the History after AS and do an AS in Further Maths in year 13, dependant on how easy maths is.)

Degree I'm Aiming For: (Hopefully at an LSE/Cambridge, but you know...)

Either:
- Economics BSc
- Economics With Mathematics BSc
- Statistics BSc
(Or History & Economics Ba... but I don't know how helpful the history would be at getting into a clerk position...)

- German
- Sociology
- psychology

And I'm currently at University of Kent studying Criminal Justice.

They're called Highers in Scotland, the ones I did are:

Maths
English
Computing
Physics

Ah, I did Russia, The Tsars and Stalin at AS, then Elizabeth this year.

History is a great subject to carry on if you want to do economics, one of my friends just did sciences and maths and was rejected from 3 unis for not being able to demonstrate essay skills and a different kind of thinking ability.

Physics
Maths
Further Maths
Chemistry
French

I've also taken Spanish AS last year and hope to do A2 in Year 13. I might consider studying Computing in my free time, too.

I'm worried about my GCSE results though - hopefully no B's. Mostly worried about the more important subjects - Maths, Physics, Chemistry. :S

I'm Exactly The Same! :P

I feel alright about maths & physics, I think my previous grades pretty much secure those.

Apart from German... god I hate German.
