I don't know whether you guys know power cut or not...
but I am suffering it... its totally no electricity and no nothing... no electricial tool and nothing...I am from this background!! I don't have much options... either start a business beside a road or go abroad for work... anyway, I want to do something in my own country... but the situation is 14 hours power cut a day and it will go until 19... Suddenly, an Idea came to mind... If only if i could start something to generate elctricitry in low price.. I can serve my country as well as I can earn... Though there are many generators and batteries companies but it is beyond average Nepali budget... So I am hoping some ideas from this forum.... ![]() |

Solar or wind? - little operating costs after the initial setup & If there's apartment blocks you could install one unit per block and charge a set price for a connection to the system

Sounds like a perfect opportunity for someone to go to Nepal from oversees and start up a small little energy company.

Another idea could be hydrogen. You would get that from some water source. I do agree solar powered is better, but maybe you can't go solar powered.
