And so it goes:

Hey forum, its been a while. I've been a bit unfaithful, spending my time with other forums, buying them dinner, not posting, and generally being lazy. Before we go more in depth on why I've been a little less then consistent on here lets look at what I have been working on, and what I should have been.

First off lets talk about DECA. DECA is the distributive education club of america, or delta epsilon chi alpha to some, its a marketing group designed for students back in the 30's and its alot of fun. I am the President of my chapter, as well as the state treasurer, and my chapter is around 30 members in size. Last week was state competition and it was pretty exciting, networked with cool people, hung out with dozens of girls, and kicked some serious butt. My group got alot of the award with myself receiving first in accounting, retail merchandizing, and business services events. Since I got first place and had outstanding test scores I qualified to go to Orlando, Florida in a month for Nationals. For the last two months alot of my time has gone into this group and we still have a final fundraising push to get people down to orlando.

If anyone noticed I recently did my 8 week method and for the most part it was a success. I didn't work enough on business, which was the main point of it, but the rest of my life has really benefitted from applying it. Since the ultimate goal of the program was to build new habits I'm still using and hopefully will continue to use it in the future.

I had to do a job shadow for my economics class and it was kind of interesting. I don't know exactly what I want to go to college for, I like business, and law, and I am pretty damn good at accounting, so I dont know if I want a CPA, MBA, or JD. I'm not going to college to get a career, I'm going for the experience and hopefully learn stuff that can help with entrepreneurship. Anyway I went and job shadowed a local law firm. I had a blast, but it really threw alot in my face. I love law, the writing, the discussion, the interpretation, networking, the ideas of justice, but I would never do it as a career. If you were to ask me right now what I wanted to be when I grow up I would have to answer: Everything.

I am a renaissance man at heart, I want to be a:
DJ
Director
Lawyer
CEO
Scientist
Philosopher
Artist
Singer
Actor
bootstapper
Lover
Reporter
Vlogger
Programmer
Athlete
go-giver
Producer
Fighter
Radical
Politician
Translator
leader
Entrepreneur
Hacker
Public Speaker
Investment Banker
venture capitalist
Stock Trader
Rapper
Writer
Accountant
Waiter
Chef
ect ect

I don't have a single love, I dont have a central focus, I just have passion. I am not my job, I'm not the clothes I own, I'm not the car I drive, I am my dreams and my values. I believe that people are defined by their goals, and that how high you set the bar is where you want to be. I am going to:
-Use proven technology to build a network of solar satellites to send cheap power to earth 24/7 and thus fixing the energy crisis
-Create a pro-theist laizze faire agora with a tribal focus as a form of utopian society
-Get people out of the apathy of commercialism and take back their roots
-Help as many people as I can in their lives before my time is through.
-create food towers in urban areas to help with food demands
-travel the world
-become a venture altruist
-have my passive income cover my expenses
-read as much as I can before I die
-achieve enlightenment
-ect ect

These arent just dreams, this is my reality, and with enough work and focus it can happen. I have decided the best way for this happen is to become a nomadic entrepreneur after college sowing the seeds of my goals. In order to get there I have to come out of college debt free, as well as have enough passive income so that I can live comfortably and do whatever I want.

Now we get to my main point, There are 2 things I'm doing right now to make that a reality
1. Using the 8WM to help hone my will and focus to contend with these massive desires
2. Enjoying learning and working and so as much as both as I can independently through the internet.

I want to help everyone on this forum achieve their dreams, mine are too large to be made into viable businesses as many of you have, but I just want to work. Even if there is no pay I want to help create momentum, we are the future movers of the world, the power source of the economy, money is just a way of showing value, we are what creates that value.

Currently, business wise, these are the projects that I want to start.
1. work with my dad: a simple "cloud integration" application that provides a login/password interface for the users, maintains a list of emails, and integrates with a couple APIs, Diaspora for business
2. Get back on blogging
3. Start a vlog with a friend
4. help with dealswift
5. try to write for TBF again
6. do aaron darks email course
7. try the challenge.co again
8. Get my mic and get the tommy odom show going

but this stuff is nothing. I have spent my time working on the psychology necessary to make this happen, but even at 17 I feel like I have wasted my entire life, I want to stop being afraid and actually go out and accomplish something of value.

I know nothing right now, I have all this potential, but I dont know where to begin so I have a favor to ask you forum:
Please post some places to start, projects you need help on, people I should network with, things I should do, stuff i should read. I genuinely want to help, even if there is no immediate monetary satisfaction.

Thanks for reading, I'll post back with any progress I have made.

Tommy,
I want you to start interviewing young entrepreneurs on behalf of TBF. I'm already testing this with another member. That will help get you connected, thinking big, and writing again. Message me and we'll talk in detail. Thanks for telling us about your experience with DECA. Stephen also made it to the nationals and he'll be in Orlando also. You should catch up with him.

I agree. Focus on connecting with people that are big or that will be big. That way you can grow your connections, and help people on a large scale.

Keep up the good work and never give up.
