A cure for Cancer

When I watched this video, I was just blown away. I believe many of you will also do great things in your life and it's what makes me extremely hopeful in the future of our world. Calif. HS student devises possible cancer cure - CBS News I believe your generation will eradicate a lot of the problems that past generations have struggled to deal with; illness, war, poverty, famine, etc.

I totally disagree with you about the war and poverty. I think our generation will sadly make things worse.

All the top guys and people who "run" our countries sadly just seem to only care about money. Even if that means hurting and killing people along the way. This will only get worse with our generation being able to easily gather information and create our own income at a younger age.

I also agree that Poverty and war will not change... I know that simply because we are NOT learning IMPORTANT lessons in history, and as the saying goes, "Those who do not remember the past are doomed to repeat it." I would like to see where we are in the next 20 years though in technology, medicine, etc.
