Inspiring books for entrepreneurs?

I'm working on a blog post on books that entrepreneurs have found
inspiring on their journey to becoming and being entrepreneurs.

Please let me know: a) What book (s) have inspired you either to
turn entrepreneur or on some aspect of being an entrepreneur?

b) Why? A line or two about the book.

Rework by the Founders of 37signals. It deserves to sit on my desk permanently next to where I work (It also says inspiration is perishable, but there we go).

Its such a refreshing insight into the world of business. It makes for great debate, and forces your to think about stuff that is otherwise passed off as "conventional wisdom".
