odd vbulletin thing

This has always bugged me with vbulletin (not a lot, it was just sort of there)
They must have outsourced the development of their user cp, because it says "Please contact the Administrator if your date of birth has changed." When does someone's DOB change?

It usually changes after they "accidentally" entered in January 1st, 1901 as their date of birth.
