Does anyone belive in psychic powers. Reading someones tea leaves or palms, talking to dead people, any of it?

My fiance went with her friend to get her tea leaves read today and my fiance has always been a skeptic but as she walked into the room the first thing the lady said was "Joshua, a house, a plane". My name is Josh, we bought a house almost a year ago and we are planning an overseas trip next year. She also said a lot of things which seemed to be true.

But after thinking about it im still skeptic. Joshua is a very common name at my age, infact in Australia it was a top 3 name from 1986-1990 which is what her age bracket is so chances are that she knows someone with that name. Most people live in a house around here. And everyone wants to go on a plane trip somewhere (and for those who dont, they are usually scared of flying which would also make sense).

So one of the other things she said was that there is an Amanda connected closely to Josh. Well my mums name is Amanda so thats got me stumped.

I still dont belive and it is all just general comments which she sees the persons reactions and thats what leads her to more "readings".

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I don't believe in them an I am sure they are mostly lucky flukes.
