Well I was reading this artice and its really motivating, but I was wondering is this really possible to buy and resell houses and cars ? what do you guys think? How would you do it if you had 10k and wanted to start flipping stuff for money ?

It's possible, just not probable.

It all depends. If he resells good things and puts some effort he might acomplish something.

I agree with that quote and I believe anything is possible, but that does not mean it will happen. If you set your mind on a clear goal and you never quit, then you will reach it. So it is definitely possible to make 40 million from 10k. You just don't know how long it will take.
