Default Wrote a little article on HubPages...

Here's a little hub... maybe you could call it a rant, about how adults don't see us teenagers as human being as capable as them of independency and other skills in general:

The BIG Reason for Lack of Teen Creativity and Independence Nowadays

Have a look, maybe you can back me up a little, too!

All I have to say is, talk to your parents. I think it's rare that determined entrepreneurs have no option of family support. Mostly, they just need to be educated in a clear and detailed manner.

I can totally relate to what you are saying, but remember many parents and adults don't always fully understand the security of the internet, and how it works. Remember, we are living with generations who grew up without computers, and definitely without the internet.

I kind of know how you feel. I am 15 and hesitate when talking about business with adults. However, I use this to kind of spur myself on. Knowing I will have built my success by myself. But, parent help and support is extremely important.

Well, I'm getting there now, but first of all, only now, at sixteen, do I feel as if for once my parents see me as a responsible young adult, and secondly, I'm a solitary person who likes to work things out on my own, and it turns out that here and there I have to keep asking my parents to help me...

I kind of don't feel that teenagers are getting enough of this kind of support nowadays... The same as the way it seems every parent expects us to go well in school, then study in college/uni for a career and earn money that way. In the end, all most of us do is what we are expected to do day by day - go to school, come from school, do homework/study, chill, and nothing else. (Which I guess I should have mentioned in the hub.)

Anyhow, there's this thing: I got nominated to have one of my articles displayed on the next HubPages newsletter for the business and employment section. I would be much much obliged to you if you just clicked here and helped me out a little by voting for my hub. My hub is called How Do I Earn Money Online? Part Three - Sell Handmade Items on Etsy and the Like

Thanks!
