I'm Andi Summers and I just recently started getting serious about business and becoming a young, hopefully successful, Entrepreneur. I always knew I wanted to become successful before finishing school. I would like to learn for the love of learning and not just to learn to make money, but I want to be actually out in the world learning and not stuck in school for 8hours a day, I really can't stand to sit in school learning what I, "could," be doing, I rather just go out and do it!
On to business, I hope to have my business officially up and running by the end of December, just in time to start the New Year. My business is more like L.A. street wear retail, like The hundreds, Obey, Diamond Supply Co., etc., and art (prints) designed/created by me using mostly the media of spray paint. I already have some buyers, so we'll see how well it turns out.I've already done alot of research on how to use social medias to advertise and make it effective. I'm trying to learn everything I can about business, marketing, getting out there and noticed, I'm anxious to getterrr done! ![]() |

Thank you and I found you by looking up teen business in Google. I've been drawing my whole life basically and my mom has always told me I could design clothes because I'm creative and talented enough to come up with designs. I love all the street wear companies, but problem is most of the stores are in L.A., they're super expensive especially buying online, or some brands such as The Hundreds or Obey sell here only with very limited selection. At first I was just making shirts for myself, to have clothes no one else had, but soon my friends found out and saw my shirts then they kept askin me to make them shirts for money. It kinda just went on from there. I also think I have a different take on clothes, most street wear brands are owned by guys, but I'm a girl and I hope to come up with street wear ideas that will appeal to both guys an girls. I hope I said all that right ^ aha. Yes, I have heard of Local Advancers. I saw it on the bigcartel website when I was looking for more streetwear. I didn't know the guy who owns it was only 16yrs old, tho. I just read his story and it gives me even more hope for becoming successful. That's really cool he's on the forums. ![]() |
