An Aspiring Entrepreneur...

Hello,
My name is John. I am 15 years of age, currently a freshmen in high school. For quite awhile now, I have been intrigued to start my own business in my local community. Unfortunately, I am running short on ideas.
I came on this forum to introduce myself, and to get inspired by other teen entrepreneurs out there!
Throw ideas at me, I would surely consider starting a partnership with someone.
Some qualities I posses are as follows:
I consider myself to be an exceptional writer, and a great speaker/debater. I am quite outgoing, and prefer interacting with people. I am a fast, and dedicated learner, and quite the perfectionist.
I am okay with the financial side of business, however, it is not my strong point.
I can't wait to hear your ideas!

You definitely sound like a blogger. I would consider writing a blog about a topic that you enjoy. Put some Google Adword advertisements and spread the word of it's existence and voilà.

Welcome to TBF! How did you hear about us? From the sound of it, your interests seem to be writing/debating. How about something like, yes a blog, that breaks down famous speeches? You could break down Martin Luther King's speech, debates, etc. and provide your own commentary on what makes them great. If you're interested in that, I'm sure you know others who would be. I always recommend to start blogging because that always open up doors to do things later on.

Yes, blogging does sound like a great idea. I was reading the TBF blog, and the online marketing/advertising marketing really seems like my niche. I would loved to get more involved, and hear from other online marketers who have started their own business.

There's a couple of ways you can go. You can go straight into affiliate marketing or you can build a blog and then sell other people's products. Affiliate marketing is just driving traffic to someone's product and making commission. Building a blog then selling other people's products is a way for you to be an expert in whatever topic you choose to write about. I chose the Teen Business niche so now I'm basically THE expert on teen entrepreneurship.

Which one sounds more interesting to you?

Yes Jack, I guess you can class yourself as the teen entrepreneurship expert. Well, I guess this is the only online forum for entrepreneurs, with such an awesome community.

I guess what the question comes down to is which one is more rewarding (money-wise, that is)?
