Hello everyone. My name is Monica and I'm 15 (almost 16
) years old. My main hobbies are reading, playing piano and cooking. Wish I had something more interesting to say, but I'm just pretty average. I hope you all get to know me better as time goes on.I found this website through Google and I'm glad I did. My dad always told me that if I wanted to make changes in my life, I should surround myself with people in the boat that I want to be in . Frankly, I really don't really have any direction in my life at the moment but I know that I'm ready to throw myself into creating a source of income. My main reasons are that I want to save up for college and I just want to have the feeling of accomplishment from not having to rely on my parents for everything.I'm most interested in information products and product licensing. I'm really ready to learn from everyone and I'll do my best to help anyone out, if it's something I know. |

Welcome. It's good that someone has musical talent. I sure don't!

@Bond, I'm sure you're much better at both than I am! Oh, if you were wondering, this site is the very first result for "teen entrepreneur forum" in google. Yeah, I think I'm interested in building information products. My dream goal is creating a piece of software I've been thinking about for quite a while. I would invest the money from the info products into its development.
@Mcfroggin (love the name!), I used to think that I didn't have any either. Piano just seems to be the exception for me! |

You know, if you have an expertise, you can make that into an informational product. It takes a bit of brainstorming to figure out how to market it and structure it but it can be done. For example, I am doing an info product based on the fact that I like cooking, http://www.jacksbest.com. So, you can do one also for playing piano or whatever else that you can do.
Your targeted customer may be a little different but it can be done. So, what kind of information do you think you are an expert in? |

@Bond, I'm kind of a jack-of-all-trades. I know a lot about a bunch of various subjects, enough that I could probably create a product with a little research. I just don't know what to focus on

Welcome to the forums! Information products can take a lot of work so just remember, like Jack said, to pick something that's fun for you. One idea is to do little one-page reports and make them free downloadables. Then decide which was the most enjoyable to work on + which one people loved the best.
