quick intro, I am a fashion photographer turned investor. started a photography business when i was 14, got it up to a very profitable stage by 16. bought my first property at 17. and am now investing in other mediums. but i'm also addicted to the challenge of starting up a new business... i'm addicted to risk and adventure i guess, oh and coffee... defs addicted to coffee...

yeah i got lucky/smart. it was at the point in time where the market was weak thanks to the"gfc" and i found the right one at the right price... and the banks liked my proposal
